In September 2023, I was a passenger on board the cruise ship Bolette, which departed Malaga, Spain, on 22nd en route to Catania, Sicily, arriving on 25th. During the morning of 23rd September, while off the coast of Algeria, I observed a European Nightjar Caprimulgus europaeus following the vessel.
